NOSE
A balanced union of crisp juniper, fresh herbs and citrus, with a hint of spice.
TASTE
Juniper, Grapefruit, Lemon Peels, Coriander, Angelica Root, Lemongrass, Chamomile.
FINISH
A fairly long finish brings juniper back, along with a hint of savory herbal spice and slightly numbing ginger, followed by a subtle honey sweetness.
